Description:
The Crimson Cup Regional Coffee House manager is responsible for the overall
operations of a group of Crimson Cup coffee houses in an assigned region. This position
recruits and trains managers and staff for each location and ensures a WOW experience is
executed all of the time. This role must be familiar with all current Crimson Cup coffee
house procedures, and must be knowledgeable in the industry to address process changes
when necessary.
This leader is responsible for managing the P&L data for all coffee houses and works
with the coffee house management teams to meet and exceed all coffee house sales
metrics. The regional manager will direct all coffee house sales goals, training goals and
overall customer experience goals and establishes a protocol for evaluating achievements.
They will drive the menu mix offerings and will innovate and pilot new products to drive.
sales. This person will manage all vendor contracts and vendor negotiations to control
COGS at all locations. Flexibility and an all-hands-on-deck approach are a must for this
role. Working alongside cuppers in the coffee house is an expected leadership method for
this position. Travel and overnight stays will be required. They must live the company culture through leadership at all levels. This position reports to the Founder and President of Crimson Cup.
Qualifications:
7+ years management experience in the food or drink industry.
Specialty coffee lover
Self-motivated and Independent
Outstanding communication skills working with team environments.
Leadership management skills
Approachable and timely with all forms of communication
Math, accounting, and computer knowledge
College degree
Achievement Oriented

Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable about all coffee, tea and drink preparation and industry trends
Direct team(s) in delivering outstanding customer service and in being
enthusiastic about specialty coffee & tea.
Hire, Train, and coach coffee house staff to achieve outstanding customer service
and sales & profitability objectives.
Develop and Direct sales plans using tactics to grow the business.
Enforce and Improve systems and processes.
Learn and supervise the functions of the business such as financial systems,
scheduling, ordering, maintain a budget, vendor relationships.
