Position Overview:


The Sales Administrator will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the sales department representatives and process. The sales admin’s responsibilities include supporting sales reps, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, working with the sales technology tools, and promoting customer satisfaction.


To be a successful sales admin, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


This role will report to Mediagistic offices in Tampa, FL (Fletcher & I-75). This is in-office/in-person position.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation, set up and ongoing usage of Mediagistic’s technology tools.
  • Work with sales leadership and corporate marketing team to help create sales materials and content.
  • Assist with the creation of training materials and the implementation of Mediagistic’s learning management system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers as well as cross-functional team members.
  • Attend client meetings and events to provide support and program training.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interaction in CRM database.
  • Gain a working knowledge of all internal processes and procedures used in correlation with job function.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of industry trends as it relates to marketing and sales.
  • Develop and retain an in-depth knowledge of online and offline marketing and how it relates to Mediagistic’s unique selling proposition.
  • Attend and successfully complete all necessary trainings.
  • Observe and adhere to all Mediagistic policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field preferred but not required with comparable experience.
  • Self-starting, strategic thinker who is able to thrive in a creative and independent environment.
  • Willingness to learn sales methodologies and sales technology systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.


Supervision/Contacts:

  • Reports to the Director of Sales


Work Environment:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work.


Physical Demands:

  • Job involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to complete tasks.


Travel:

  • Travel will be required rarely, if at all. Total travel time will be less than 10% of the time.
