Job Summary:
Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive A or B Level Technician to join our team. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance and repair services for our customers' vehicles. This is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our dealership. • Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000/year (Based on skill level) Hourly pay plus flat rate

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and recommend necessary repairs
• Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge and advancements in the automotive industry
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle and address any concerns or questions
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
• ASE certifications preferred
• Technical degree or completion of an accredited automotive program
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
