The Campbell Chiropractic team located in Centennial Colorado is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, neatly presented Chiropractic Assistant to be responsible for our office's front desk and clinical duties.
This job includes a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful as a Chiropractic Assistant, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Be ready to be active all day and have quick problem-solving skills. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven.
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for a full range of patient services and office tasks.
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Assisting patients with traction and decompression therapy.
- Ensuring that the reception area and treatment rooms remain in excellent condition at all times.
- Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patient’s personal and medical information.
- Verifying payment methods, including patient’s health insurance coverage.
- Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:

This position is full-time, paid training provided, no previous experience required.
