What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:

• Assisting customers with their benefits enrollment process, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
• Educating customers on available benefit plans, explaining coverage, costs, and any changes from the previous enrollment period.
• Providing step-by-step guidance to customers, helping them navigate the enrollment system or platform.
• Assessing customers' needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations for benefit plans.
• Helping customers make changes or updates to their benefit elections, such as adding or removing dependents or updating personal information.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, benefit selections, and necessary documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues or concerns.

Work Schedule & Position Details

· Payrate: $18/hour

· Status: Full time- contract

· Hybrid workplace: 2-3 days working remotely per week

· Work Schedule- start and end times will vary; schedules will fall within operating hours of M-F 8AM-8PM MT

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Previous call center experience- 6 month minimum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately handle and record information.
• Familiarity with benefits enrollment systems or platforms is a plus.
