Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the food manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Assemble, pack, and label products on the production line.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Follow recipes and instructions to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including sanitation of equipment and workspaces.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Assist with inventory management by accurately recording production data and reporting any discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industry preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Food handler certification (preferred).
