Salary: $55,000-65,000

You will be an integral part of our Financial team working directly with our Wealth Managers. This is a client facing position where your strong interpersonal skills will help you shine!

You will begin this journey by assisting in case design, new business processing, and customer service as an Client Service Administrator/Account Manager. Success in this role means that you are not only demonstrating excellent technical expertise, but also providing great customer service. We would be honored for this to be your first step in a financial planning career.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys in new acquisition processes to maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain client accounts by prepping and processing applications, gathering necessary documents provided by clients, and keeping up with client correspondence.
  • Creating and maintaining all calendars including client appointments, referral appointments, advisor meetings, and necessary rescheduling as needed for all financial, legal, and accounting appointments virtually.
  • Scanning documents, filing paperwork, mailing documents, and preparing for all meetings.
  • Monitoring any and all service issues to ensure a high quality response to clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining a book of business via outbound calls and taking all inbound calls from clients.

Competencies - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required - Finance preferred, 3.0 minimum GPA.
  • Significant relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Ability to pass or currently hold: Life & Health Insurance Licensing
  • Required prior to hire date, reimbursement for study materials and testing costs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a web-based work environment - ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
  • Maintaining high levels of discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
