Description:

We are looking to hire a groundskeeper to join our team. This person will assist in the maintenance of multiple properties. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Grounds and landscape maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, trees and shrubs
Responsible for maintaining the landscape gardening, including planting, seeding, watering, mulching, fertilizing, and applying chemicals as needed
Help to maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems
Removal of trash and debris; including onsite trash cans
Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing
Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
Safely operates light vehicles such as pick-up trucks, tractors, street sweepers or riding mowers and portable power tools and equipment such as saws, grass trimmers, snow/leaf blowers, sprayers, paint machines and other groundskeeping equipment
Able to work efficiently and manage time well in order to complete multiple tasks from one place to another
