Bilingual Spanish Cashier (M-F 8a-5p-SAT/8a-Noon) MEASURING SKILLS REQ

Labor Finders in Victorville is immediately looking to hire an experienced BILINGUAL SPANISH CASHIER to work for an area company that has an immediate need.

• Position: Cashier - Bilingual SPANISH
• Location: Ontario, CA
• Ability To Read A Tape Measure: REQUIRED
• Basic math Skills: REQUIRED
• Pay: $17.00 / Hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri/ Plus 8am-Noon Saturday
• Length: Temp-To-Hire Opportunity

Job Summary: The cashier will assist customers in person and over the phone. Assistance may include purchases at the register, locating merchandise, and answering questions about various products, services, or other general questions.

*Experience using a measuring tape & basic math skills will be needed to perform this position, as well as the other requirements listed below.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to the following :

• Provide excellent service to all customers and guests
• Promote a welcoming environment.
• Answer customer inquiries about various products, services, or general questions.
• Assist customers with purchases using the POS systems (handling either cash, card, or other methods).
• Stocking / merchandising products in the cashiering area.
• Answer phone calls that are transferred to front of store.
• Help with maintaining the upkeep of the store (i.e. sweeping, dusting, cleaning / wiping counters/coffee area, trash pickup, etc.)
• Perform day end tasks as outlined by store policies.
• Close out the POS system at the end of the day.
• Other related duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish fluently.
• Knowledge or experience using a measuring tape and basic math skills is required.
• Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
• Previous experience using a POS system is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Ability to perform the basic physical requirements of the job.
• Other requirements and/or screening may apply.
