Closets by Design will be adding 2 machine operators in cabinetry to our production department. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to learn and excel at new tasks. This is a great position for someone who wants long term employment with benefits and the ability to grow. We will invest in training the right applicants.

Job Responsibilities

You will be trained to produce quality custom cabinet components.
Learn company product lines, machinery, assembly and finishing standards.
Follow established quality and safety standards.

Personal Requirements

Attitude and hustle are valuable in this setting.
Experience with woodworking equipment, large machines or hand tools a plus, but not required.
Ability to understand simple math, including fractions and read a tape measure.
Quality minded and Reliable.
