Procurement Manager (Chemical Purchasing exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Conduct forecasting and purchasing activities for individual warehouses
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date chemical price lists
•    Manage pricing exceptions effectively
•    Learn and adapt to new ERP systems
•    Monitor open orders reports to ensure timely delivery and inventory control
•    Implement strategies for efficient inventory life cycle management
•    Plan and forecast for buying cycles, offering innovative ideas
•    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply movements across warehouses
•    Flexibly adapt to the dynamic requirements of the purchasing department
•    Occasionally travel to potential suppliers’ meetings 

Procurement Manager (Chemical Purchasing exp. req.) Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree required
•    5+ years of purchasing experience required
•    Chemical purchasing experience required 
•    ERP software experience required
•    Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience required 
•    Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time required
