Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC
Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking LPN’s for contract work in Florence, Kentucky. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of Kentucky with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.
CONTRACT DETAILS:
- $30-$40/hourly
- 9 week full time contract with the possibility of extension
LPN Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of each patient
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
- Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
- Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
