Hospital Services Rep Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am to 3:30pm

$500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days)Pay: $14-$16 per hour, based on education and experience. Hours: Saturday-Tuesday 5:00am to 3:30pmJob specific training is provided: Training will be at our Beaumont location in Lexington, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pmDescription: Seeking a Hospital Services Representative who is customer service oriented, and a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism. Duties include, but are not limited to: + Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services+ Ensuring order timely order fulfillment and delivery.

+ Packing blood products for shipment and delivery and processing returns. + Inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality Work Environment: This position regularly involves the following:+ Standing for long periods of time. + Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.

+ Interacting with hospitals and transfusion services.+ Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.+ Entering and accessing electronic information. Requirements: + Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. + MS Office and Adobe proficiency with the ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems.+ Good communication skills.+ Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
