Lead a team of Project Managers, inspiring and guiding them to achieve project milestones and exceed expectations. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers team members to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Impeccable Organization: Maintain seamless project progression by overseeing documentation, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Cost Optimization: Analyze expenses and identify areas for optimization to maintain profitability and budget adherence, leveraging your strategic mindset to drive financial success.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and team members in defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines, setting the stage for successful project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Effective Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and team members, offering insights on project progress, challenges, and solutions to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Empowered Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with Project Managers, addressing issues and aligning activities with project goals, empowering your team to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

  • On-Site Impact: Conduct periodic visits to project sites, assessing progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage work-in-progress (WIP), optimizing resource utilization to minimize project delays and maximize productivity.

  • Strategic Estimation: Oversee the estimation process for new projects, providing accurate cost and time projections to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Financial Optimization: Regularly review profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance project profitability.

Essential Functions

  • Manage team of Project Managers through regular meetings, coaching, and annual reviews.

  • Oversee ongoing projects for timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion by reviewing schedules, changes and finances weekly.

  • Lead estimating efforts for new projects, including risk analysis and bid package assembly.

  • Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and procedures while identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, resolving issues promptly.

  • Uphold safety standards across all sites, reviewing incident reports and implementing preventative actions.

  • Conduct project post-review, sharing lessons learned with the team and leadership.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • Demonstrated Success in Leadership and Adept Management of Teams.

  • 10 Years Residential Remodel and New Build Management Experience

  • Comprehensive Understanding of Financial Aspect of Residential Construction

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Compensation

  • $100,000+ depending on experience
