South Florida Commercial General Contractor is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Construction Project Manager. Responsibilities of this position will include, but will not be limited to the following :
- Estimating.
- Distribution of drawings to subcontractors.
- Collecting/submitting all shop drawings and product approvals.
- Maintain records/logs for all RFI’s and submittals.
- Maintain/update a working set of drawings for the office and field use.
- Project management of commercial construction projects.
