Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: First Shift
Starting Salary: $17.50 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our shipping department. Performance and quality are key metrics for success in this role. This position offers a dynamic work environment where proactive team members can thrive.

Responsibilities:

Associates in Shipping will be on their feet the entire shift, working on the floor, or on equipment.
Shipping associates are stand up Reach forklift drivers, experience is great but not necessary. Primary functions:
Sort, scan, palletize freight and load onto trucks with the ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Complete trailer manifest
Build and wrap pallets
Loading and handing pipe
Associates in Shipping will be rated on performance and quality.
All associates are expected to be open to cross training in other areas.

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years old.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
Commitment to working safely and following safety guidelines.
Flexibility to work overtime on short notice.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move or lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds.
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, pushing, and pulling various materials.
