Rental/ Parts customer service

Wolverine Rental & supply is looking to hire a highly motivated individual with a knack for customer service and problem solving. with the ability to be trainable and open to new ways of doing things,  Your daily goal is to make our customers lives easier by providing streamlined service for Rentals, Parts or sales of small power equipment and support items. We are a contractor tools rental company as well as an supplier for new equipment such as; Kubota tractors, Boss snowplows, and Stihl outdoor power equipment to name a few. 

Daily tasks would include:

• Works heavily on the phone with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs.
• Responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts.
• Supporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts
• Maintaining a visually appealing showroom
• Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups
• First line of support for excellent customer service.
• support our OEM lines of equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• MUST POSSESS an EXTRAORDINARY knack for service, with a personality that jumps out at our customers as someone they’d love to deal with.
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service minded, strong administrative, people oriented professional
