Sales Lead Generator

We've teamed up with a rapidly expanding Health Insurance Agency whose driven by their commitment to fostering meaningful discussions with their customers. Currently, this growing team is hiring for Lead Generator, based in the Cleveland metro area.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of community engagement, sparking interest in the diverse range of health insurance products they offer. And, as a startup, you'll be able to make tangible contributions to the success of the organization, which is already backed by one of the world's largest private equity firms, and a team who's eager for your unique perspective and experience!

REWARDS

• OTE $60k-80k
• Monday - Friday schedule, in regular business hours (with the occasional weekend event)

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check required
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with health insurance and technology is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver health insurance sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Engage customers at networking events and offer them the health insurance services
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and internal teams
