Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated childcare/preschool teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play-based activities and structured lessons.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, cognitive skills, and motor skills (lesson plans and materials provided. No planning required).
Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents about their child's development.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare/preschool setting.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
