Luxury Watch Sales and Support

Accar Watches, LLC/Watchstox is looking for a dynamic, highly organized person to manage a variety of roles within our Luxury Watch department. Responsibilities include the following:

Manage Ebay Sales

• Respond to messages, send offers and ship orders in a timely manner

• Resolve clients inquiries as needed in a timely diplomatic manner

• Oversee Seller Level Performance and ensure Company remains in the green level

• Weekend: Check Ebay for customer messages between 9 am and 9 pm every 3-4 hours and respond accordingly

Daily Watch Inventory

• Check inventory on all online platforms against Company inventory to make sure all quantities match correctly.

Manage Watch Repairs

• Process Incoming Repairs (Receive package, create sku, allocate to watch makers.)

• Maintain timely and responsive communication with customers regarding repairs

• Inspect completed repairs and prepare for shipping shipping out

Picture Taking/Editing Watches and Accessories

• Setting up cameras and light boxes required to take pictures.

• Cleaning items before taking photos.

• Verify the quality of all pictures, retake as needed

• Edit pictures according to the editing guidelines set for Watches and Accessories.

• Upload pictures and verify online platforms if the listings were uploaded successfully.
