Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative located in our on-site office in North Haven, CT. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes processing orders received via incoming phone calls and e-mail, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner. Cross training and responsibilities in other departments including accounts receivable is a part of this position.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a positive customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications are a plus
