Assistant Nursing Manager-RN-Brooklyn-NY

A prestigious state-of-the-art Health Center in Brooklyn, New York, is looking to immediately hire a full-time RN with clinical leadership experience and primary care exp to work under the Nursing manager. This job entails managing shifts and patients including referrals and quality assurance. This position offers $90K-$95K per year, plus paid time off, medical, dental and vision, retirement, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the nursing manager in providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance,
• Supporting the professional development of nursing staff through mentoring, training, and providing resources,
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and families,
• Assisting in implementing organizational policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
• Assisting in budget planning and resource optimization, and
• Actively participating in professional development activities and contributing to ongoing improvement of nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• RN NY state license,
• Leadership experience is required,
• Primary care experience,
• Communication Skills,
• Organizational Skills, and
• Professionalism.
