Role Overview:
We are seeking IT Support Engineers across Levels 1 to 3 to handle a variety of technical challenges. Depending on your level of experience, your role will involve direct client interaction, providing guidance during critical situations, and managing tasks with clear communication. You will be engaged in projects requiring expertise in Windows Server, Exchange, cloud infrastructures like M365 or Google Workspace, networking, VPNs, firewalls, backup systems, and more, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily time tracking and client documentation.
- Participation in a range of projects, assisting team members as needed.
- Handling Time & Material service requests.
- Maintaining backups and configuring standard communication tools.
- Demonstrating proficiency in hardware setup, server administration, and network configuration.
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of MS Office Suite applications per customer's preferences.
- Administration tasks including user and group management in both cloud and on-premises systems, file permissions, event log checks, and email system management.
- Configuration and restoration from backups.
- Owning tasks with an emphasis on quality resolution.
- Effective stress management and collaborative teamwork.
- Continuous learning and communication of technical information to non-technical users.
- A customer-centric attitude, treating all tasks with equal importance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in a technical support role covering Windows operating systems, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls, and multiuser environments.
- Familiarity with various technologies appropriate to your level, including server hardware, data backup, corporate antivirus, and mobile device support.
- Desired certifications (vary by level): M365 Foundations or Associate, Project+, Network+, Security+, Apple.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.
