Commercial kitchen equipment service technician
- $25 to $31 Hourly
- Full-Time
Partner with clients to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, and other specialty food service equipment.
Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnose, parts identification, and ordering.
Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner.
Create accurate and timely work orders, time reporting, receipts.
Follow safe work practices and safe work procedures.
Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards.
Physical requirements
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam equipment, open flames, heated surfaces, and liquids.
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and other high places.
Minimal qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of technical experience with refrigeration and kitchen appliance repair.
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
