SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee our custodial staff and operations. The ideal candidate should have experience with facilities greater than 800,000 net cleaning sq. ft.; and shall have experience exceeding 4 continuous years in last 7 years as well as experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members. The On-Site Supervisor should be trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW and should possess the necessary certifications to maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Supervise the custodial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensure that all custodial staff follow proper cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.

Inspect work areas to ensure that they meet established cleanliness standards.

Ensure that all custodial staff follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Maintain LEED and CEH certification standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with REA certification standards.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members.

Shall have experience with facilities greater than 800,000 net cleaning sq. ft.; and shall have experience exceeding 4 continuous years in last 7 years

Trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW.

SKILLS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
