Database Marketing Manager

Position: Database Marketing Manager

We serve a curated membership community of over 1 million business leaders in Finance, IT, Marketing, CX, AI, and HR. Clients use our engagement events, marketing services, and content solutions to communicate their brand and spotlight their product innovations to our members.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Database Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing Argyle's databases while supporting marketing for demand generation, as well as event attendee recruitment. 

Responsibilities:

• Verify Argyle's existing prospecting and attendance databases are aligned with lead generation strategy
• Ensure data provider partners are used optimally to support lead generation and attendance requirements 
• Maintain database marketing campaigns for Argyle's various event products and programs
• Manage Argyle's Salesforce CRM and Pardot email marketing platforms 
• Provide management team with appropriate performance measurement reports in a timely and accurate manner 
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on both digital media for marketing and sales objectives
• Expert level knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce platforms
• Experience working with data platforms such as ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Cognism 
• Understanding of advanced data segmentation analysis and modeling 
• Understanding of database marketing strategy, standards and benchmarks
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
