Job Description
Requirements:
Medwiz Pharmacy of Kentucky, located in Lexington, is hiring for a Pharmacy IV Technician! We are dedicated to providing excellent service to our long term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of IV products and compounding procedures.
- Knowledge of proper gowning procedure and aseptic technique.
- General knowledge of USP 797 and cGMP’s.
- Ability to perform pharmacy calculations and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ability to apply basic phone etiquette skills when speaking to customers.
Requirements:
- Open availability
- Nights and weekends as needed
- 3 years sterile compounding experience
