Growing chemical manufacturer is looking for a sales representative to add to their team. This will be a home office based position to cover the Collier County area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Service existing accounts by solving problems, addressing customer concerns and updating pricing.
· Coordinate between customers and our plants to ensure excellent customer service and to minimize problems.
· Complete a bi-annual written survey of bulk tanks within assigned territory.
· Write up work orders for repairs, tank installs, and upgrades as needed.
· Attend bid openings for municipalities.
· Analyze territory for market share, acquire new business, and open new accounts.
· Participate in trade shows as required.
· Form relationships with local NSPI, FRWA, AWWA and other chapters related to the Water Treatment and the Swimming Pool Industry
Education and/or Experience:
A minimum of five years of sales experience. Minimum of two years of college work. Industrial sales and customer service background are preferred but not required.

Sales – Must have prospecting skills, ability to meet sales goals, negotiation skills, product knowledge, presentation skills, and a motivation for sales.
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Computer Skills - Proficient use of MS software particularly Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint or similar software.
