• Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the creation and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure to protect data integrity and support both corporate and franchise operations.
  
• Vendor Relations: Manage and cultivate relationships with technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and overseeing technology budgets effectively.
  
• Support for Franchise Partners: Implement technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of franchise operations, such as CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and data analytics tools.
  
• Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of emerging technology trends within the fitness industry to maintain our competitive edge.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a preference for backgrounds in the fitness or franchise sectors.
  
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing IT strategies in a multi-unit business environment.
  
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
  
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationships.
