Primary Responsibilities:

This position is expected to begin in late May and run through late September, with flexibility needed around the timeline.

As a Temporary Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:

• Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day leasing operations
• Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met
• Negotiate lease agreements and complete all necessary documentation
• Oversee maintenance and apartment planning & preparation
• Manage late notices and evictions as required on delinquent rents
• Source new tenants and showings
• Communicates regularly with all necessary company employees, owners, property managers, and other individuals as deemed necessary
• Make certain that each property is maintained to the highest standards with a continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement for improved occupancy
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to legal requirements are reinforced

What You Bring to Us:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sales oriented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organization and communication skills to lease apartment units

• Strong customer service and office skills; detail oriented
• Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions
• Must maintain confidentiality.

• A sharp professional appearance
