As an integral part of our company, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Branch Manager in leading a team, managing branch activities, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Position Summary: As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a high-value inventory, scheduling employees efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for implementing the "Mygrant message" to both customers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and actively contributing to the growth and success of the branch.

Reports to: Branch Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Present the "Mygrant message" effectively to customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and goals.
- Monitor and maintain branch performance goals/standards.
- Coach and mentor branch employees for success.
- Oversee branch sales and participate in developing sales promotions.
- Assist in recruiting and training staff.
- Manage branch teller staff and coordinate branch activities.
- Maintain overall security of the branch and its employees.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment.
- Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect.
- Keen eye for detail and safety.
- Years of experience in inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Minimum two years of management experience with at least ten employees.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent.
- Familiarity with fleet and MHE safety and maintenance.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes; Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and making fine discriminations in sound; Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects;. Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged periods of time, traverse stairs, maneuver in tight spaces, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch extended periods of time during 8-10-hour work shift.

Base Salary:
The base pay range for this position is $66,560 to $85,000. The listed range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this opportunity at the time of this posting. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s experience, education, certifications, knowledge, skills and geography/ work location, and may ultimately be more or less than the posted range. Base pay does not include other forms of compensation, such as our offered benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA and 401k plan, holiday, sick and vacation days.
