We are looking for a Resident Relations Coordinator who will build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, provide professional customer service and coordinate programs and move-ins.

Here is what you will be doing:

Answer phone calls, open incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
Actively reach out to the community to involve them in recreational and community programs.
Assist with the coordination and supervision of on-site special events.
Assist other departments as directed by the supervisor.
Inspect apartments before move ins.
Prepare keys and welcome packages for new residents.
Complete OneWall University courses by the required deadline.Perform all other duties as determined by the Community Manager.

Here is what you'll have:

Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer relations experience and communication skills.

Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and community software applications.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
