We specialize in pressure washing, line striping, and property management services geared toward protecting and improving value of properties and people. Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Groundskeeper at the beautiful Wade Park in Raleigh near the PNC arena. The job entails ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the people who live and work in Wade Park, through maintaining a clean and pristine property. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the property. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping
Knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Experience with pressure washing and line striping, preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
