Assigned to your own office and supervision included.

We are currently looking for a counselor for our Fort Collins office. Will assist with Colorado licensure process if needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
- Licensed to practice independently by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Provisional License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health counseling to a diverse clientele
- Communicate client needs and updates to the treatment team as needed.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of services using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Participate in weekly Staff Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
