Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking a DEVELOPER to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota! Reporting to the Director of IT Development, the Developer works with the IT R&D team on the research and development of new IT services. These services involve many different form factors and technologies. The developer is a creative personality that enjoys working on the leading edge, establishing new design patterns, solving complex problems, and translating business requirements into results and great user experiences.

Responsibilities for our Windows Developer include but are not limited to:

• Analyze business requirements and participate in the development of technical specs and plans.
• Communicate progress, estimates, and plans clearly with the team.
• Prioritize user experience. Create simple interfaces and screens that make sense and look sharp.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, commented code.
• Test code thoroughly using unit testing, browser/device testing tools, and functional testing.
• Create prototypes and work with unfamiliar technology.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Layout and Design.
• Agile methodology.
• React Native / Mobile development.
• Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline.
• .NET Standard/Core.
• Entity Framework.
• Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in .NET languages and web development.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying APIs.
• Understand unit testing, interfacing, dependency injection concepts.
• Understand the DRY and SOLID principles.
