Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Plainview, NY. The ideal candidate will be a savvy digital trendsetter who thrives on innovation and is passionate about crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
• Collaborating with the marketing team to guide A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads
• Assisting with strategic development for SEO campaigns, starting from kick-off and extending thru post-launch and analysis stages
• Preparing website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective
• Manage relationship with website consultant to ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate,
• Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitors' and industry based digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager
• Growing technical knowledge, including HTML, SEO/SEM, CRM, Google analytics and search platforms, content management solutions, email marketing and automation, and analytical software
• Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or related field
