Insurance Agent - P&C Licensed (Bilingual Spanish)

We are seeking dynamic and bilingual individuals to join our team as Spanish-speaking Property and Casualty Insurance Agents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. Utilizing your fluency in Spanish, you will assist customers in navigating their insurance coverages and guide them towards selecting the optimal products to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive customer service and sales support throughout the entire lifecycle

• Interact with a diverse customer base to address inquiries, resolve issues, and sell new products and services

• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic outlook, contributing to a vibrant team environment

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts with courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism

• Utilize proper procedures and knowledge articles to achieve first contact resolution and enhance policyholder retention

• Escalate issues or inquiries as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

• Identify opportunities to expand customer interactions, gaining insights into current and future customer needs

• Handle low complexity transactions and utilize multiple applications to gather necessary information

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Accurately document and process customer orders using appropriate systems

• Adhere to all required scripts, policies, and procedures

• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge, systems, and processes

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, meeting all work schedule requirements

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty license is a requirement for this role.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be Bilingual - Spanish

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Basic understanding of the Windows operating system.

• Highly reliable with strong attention to detail.

• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.

• Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
