Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Record payments, reconcile ledgers, and dispatch accurate invoices.
- Expense Tracking: Oversee and reconcile credit card activities and payable invoices.
- General Ledger Support: Aid in general ledger reconciliation and end-of-period closing processes.
- Financial Record Keeping: Uphold detailed financial records, prepare reports as needed, and systematize financial documents.
Candidate Profile:
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong understanding of accounting principles, and absolute confidentiality.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing large, complex data sets.
- Software: Familiarity with Winteam is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience.
